Pete Wisniewski
Founder / President
From launching a landscaping business in college to fund his degree at Millersville University, Pete’s career has been driven by initiative, resilience, and meaningful connection. He began in accounting and real estate, co-founding a student housing company while managing finances and operations for a growing portfolio. His path then led to private equity, where he contributed to financial strategy and leadership across 20+ companies while mentoring emerging leaders and earning his MBA in Strategic Leadership from Elizabethtown College. From there, he served on the senior leadership team for a large regional real estate investment company. Today, as founder of Everflame Financial Consulting, Pete applies his expertise in finance, accounting, and strategic growth to guide and empower others on their professional journeys. A Lancaster County native, he finds joy as a husband and father, and enjoys reading, good conversation, and quiet evenings by the fire.
